- Base, Process all ingredients in a food processor/ Vitamix till completely combined and sticky. Press into a lined slice tin. Place in freezer
- Caramel layer, place all ingredients into a Vitamix and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour onto base. Place back in freezer
- For chocolate icing, in a saucepan on low heat gently melt the cacao butter. When melted remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients to the pan. Whisk of r2 minutes until well combined (if it starts to set put the saucepan back on the heat)
- Pour the icing over the caramel and return to the freezer for a few minutes to set.
